They are used inside digesters to mix and homogenize the substrate for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the plant and preventing solids from settling, since these could reduce plant efficiency in the long run, e.g. by clogging the pipes.

CFD
Simulation of the flow generated by our mixers
Our CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) service is available on request, i.e. a simulation of the flow generated by our mixers based on the real configuration of the system and which demonstrates its true effectiveness.
The aim is to obtain a fluid flow in every part of the tank, thereby avoiding “stagnant areas” in which the fluid flow is brought to rest.

The motor, machine mechanics and vane profile have been designed to achieve high efficiency in terms of axial thrust and low energy consumption. Data in accordance with ISO 21630 standards.
